Chào các bạn, đây là một bài viết chia sẻ toàn bộ kinh nghiệm của mình từ khi đặt chân vào CodeGym cho tới thời điểm viết bài. Câu chuyện sẽ trở nên cực kì hư cấu nếu như các bạn không biết mình là ai. Thì xin tự giới thiệu, mình là học viên lớp PHP C06 2019. Chắc có lẽ sẽ có bạn biết mình hoặc đã thấy tên mình trên bức tường tầng 2 TT04. Cho tới thời điểm viết bài, mình đã đi làm được 9 tháng, và mức thu nhập cao nhất nhận được là 1000$/tháng. Đây sẽ không phải là một bài viết về đạo lý, mà chi là bài chia sẻ kinh nghiệm. Qua bài viết, mình mong các bạn có thể phần nào thấy bản thân mình trong đó, từ đó đưa ra những lựa chọn hợp lý.Như nhiều học sinh tốt nghiệp cấp 3, mình chọn trường đại học mà không có chút hướng nghiệp nào. Với thế mạnh các môn khối A, mình chọn Học viện Tài chính. Và cũng như nhiều sinh viên chọn sai ngành nghề khác, mình càng học càng dốt, dùng nhiều cách tiêu cực để tốt nghiệp vớt ra khỏi trường. Ra trường với một tấm bằng tượng trưng và không có chút kiến thức thực tế nào, mình cảm thấy mất phương hướng, mất niềm tin vào bản thân. Do không biết mình muốn làm gì, mình đã thử nhiều công việc khác nhau, từ sale, kế toán, bảo hiểm, bất động sản, ngân hàng,… nhưng đều chỉ làm không quá nửa năm. Vòng lặp hào hứng bắt đầu công việc mới, rồi cảm thấy công việc nhàm chán, không phù hợp với mình và cuối cùng là nghỉ việc cứ lặp đi lặp lại cho đến một ngày, mình quyết định dừng lại và nghiêm túc nghĩ về tương lai.Đầu tiên, công việc tiếp theo mình sẽ làm là công việc sẽ gắn bó lâu dài với mình, phải lựa chọn thật cẩn thận. Mình bắt đầu tìm hiểu kĩ hơn về bản thân, liệt kê những điểm mạnh, điểm yếu, những kiến thức hiện có, những lĩnh vực mình am hiểu và thích thú,… Và đương nhiên rồi, không ai hiểu bản thân mình bằng chính mình cả. Với tính cách có phần hướng nội, khá các môn khối A, thích chơi game suy nghĩ logic, giải đố, yêu thích công nghệ và máy tính, ghét rượu bia,… thì mình đã lên được một danh sách các công việc phù hợp, đơn cử như thiết kế đồ hoạ, lập trình, logictics,… Sau đó, mình quyết tâm khăn gói quả mướp lên Hà Nội, dùng mọi mối quan hệ mình có, để tìm những người làm trong ngành nghề này, hỏi họ tất cả thông tin mình cần biết, từ mức lương bao nhiêu, cụ thể làm những công việc gì,… Mình cố gắng tìm hiểu nhiều nhất có thể, vì lần chọn việc tiếp theo, mình sẽ phải thành công, không được phép thất bại. Trong những người mình gặp, có một người anh cũng học tài chính, đã tự học và chuyển hướng làm lập trình viên làm mình vô cùng ấn tượng. Tìm hiểu thêm, mình thấy thị trường về công nghệ rất lớn, việc làm cũng rất nhiều với mức thu nhập khá. Vậy là đã quyết định, mình sẽ theo nghề lập trình.Quyết định là một chuyện, để hiện thực hoá quyết định đó mới là khó khăn. Và giai đoạn tiếp theo là giai đoạn khó khăn nhất, nhưng có lẽ cũng là giai đoạn quan trọng nhất trên hành trình trở thành lập trình viên của mình. Để chắc chắn chuyển sang lập trình là đúng đắn, mình đã quyết định tự học lập trình để thử xem liệu lựa chọn này có phù hợp với mình không. Nhưng lập trình là một phạm trù rất rộng, học lập trình cụ thể là phải học những gì? Sau khi tìm kiếm kĩ lưỡng trên Google, mình đã chọn học PHP, một phần vì được đánh giá dễ học, dễ tìm việc, nhưng quan trọng là gặp khó khăn còn có thể hỏi người anh đã nhắc tới ở trên. Mình đã đặt ra mục tiêu là tự học lập trình mà không bỏ cuộc. Và sau đó là những chuỗi ngày sáng đi làm cho một ngân hàng để duy trì cuộc sống, tối mày mò tự học PHP từ bất kể nguồn nào mình tìm được trên mạng. Từ những trang web nổi tiếng như w3school, đến những giáo trình cũ mèm như izCMS, mình đều cố gắng bắt chước làm theo từng bước một, thực sự vô cùng khó khăn. Nhiều khi công việc mệt mỏi, mình bỏ lập trình cả tuần không động đến, nhưng nghĩ về những gì mình tự hứa, mình lại bật máy gõ lại từng dòng code mà mình đã quên từ tuần trước. Cứ như vậy, sau 6 tháng vật vã, mình nhận ra rằng mình có thể theo nghề lập trình lâu dài mà không thấy chán. Cùng lúc đó, những dòng code ngày càng khó lên, khiến mình mất cả ngày để debug ra một dấu phẩy. Và đó là lúc mình nhận ra mình phải tìm chỗ để học một cách bài bản.Tình cờ, mình biết đến CodeGym qua quảng cáo trên instagram lúc đang ngắm những tâm hồn đẹp. Do đã trải qua mỗi ngày học một chút và không đạt hiệu quả cao, nên mình thấy chương trình bootcamp học fulltime trong 4 tháng của CodeGym chính xác là những gì mình đang cần. Ngoài ra CodeGym còn đảm bảo đầu ra giúp mình cảm thấy yên tâm hơn. Học phí tại CodeGym nhìn qua thì khá là chát, nhưng thực chất nếu chia cho số giờ học fulltime, thì cũng xấp xỉ học phí tại các trung tâm chỉ dạy vài buổi một tuần. Mình mò mẫm đến CodeGym trong một tối mưa gió, gặp bạn Thuỳ xinh gái và hành trình tại CodeGym bắt đầu.Mình đến với CodeGym với mục đích rất rõ ràng. Mình đến CodeGym không phải để được chỉ dạy từng bước một, không cần các mentor động viên, cũng không cần phải đảm bảo việc làm, mà là do Codegym có chương trình học cực kì chi tiết, có giảng viên sẵn sàng giải đáp mọi câu hỏi. Và đối với mình, thế là đủ. Do phải vay mượn số tiền khá lớn để học tại CodeGym, mình đặt ra mục tiêu phải học càng nhanh càng tốt, càng nhiều càng tốt, phải học gấp đôi, gấp ba các bạn, phải vắt kiệt sức của các coach như anh Dư Thanh Hoàng, anh Luân Phan. Với mục tiêu như vậy, và với thói quen tự học trước đấy trong 6 tháng, mình học ngày học đêm, không hôm nào ngủ sớm trước 2 giờ sáng. Trên lớp, mình chỉ tập trung vào lộ trình chính, bỏ qua các bài tập luyện tập hỗ trợ, (không khuyến khích các bạn làm theo nha), và bỏ qua cả các cơ hội để đứng nhất bảng xếp hạng tháng. Mình tập trung hoàn toàn vào việc cày giáo trình và bám theo các tutor, các coach để hỏi hết công suất. Cứ như vậy, mình nhanh chóng đốt hết giáo trình mà chỉ cần một nửa thời gian của các module. Các project cuối mỗi module, các bạn làm một thì mình phải làm hai. Và trong các project đó có 1 project vinh dự đạt giải cao tại Khoe festival do CodeGym tổ chức. Do học nhanh hơn, nên lúc nghỉ giải lao, mình tranh thủ đi debug cho các đồng đội cùng lớp, vừa gắn kết tình đồng chí, vừa biết được nhiều lỗi để tránh. Chúng ta học và nhớ lâu hơn từ những sai lầm mà.https://codegym.vn/…/kham-pha-nhung-san-pham-duoc…/…Trong quá trình học, sẽ có rất nhiều khó khăn mà một mình mình không thể giải quyết được, nên mình thường xuyên trao đổi với các bạn cùng lớp và cả các lớp khoá trước. Bọn mình đã tham gia và đạt giải nhất cuộc thi Hackathon tại CodeGym. Những đồng đội đó tiếp tục làm việc với mình cho đến tận bây giờ. Học được 3 tháng tại CodeGym thì điều kiện không còn cho phép tiếp tục theo học. Biết điều khoản đảm bảo việc làm cho mình của CodeGym không còn hiệu lực, mình phải tranh thủ từng phút từng giây tạo một project thương mại điện tử để tự xoay sở tự tìm việc. Mình đã lo lắng hơi thừa vì mặc dù nghỉ học giữa chừng, nhưng CodeGym vẫn trao bằng tốt nghiệp và hỗ trợ phỏng vấn tìm việc. Mình ứng tuyển 7 công ty và với một chút bí quyết phỏng vấn (mình hứa sẽ viết thêm 1 bài khác về bí quyết này), mình đã đỗ cả 7 công ty, đủ các loại ngôn ngữ khác nhau với mức lương trải dài từ 4 triệu đến 10 triệu. Mình đã cân nhắc rất kĩ, và quyết định chọn công ty outsource cho nhật, code laravel với mức lương 4 triệu. Mình chấp nhận đánh đổi mức lương ban đầu để có thêm kinh nghiệm làm đúng với những gì đã được học tại CodeGym. Và sau vài tháng làm việc và không ngừng tự học hỏi kiến thức mới, mình nhảy việc đến môi trường tốt hơn và có mức thu nhập như mong muốn. Đến đây, mọi người có lẽ sẽ thấy quyết định chuyển nghề sang lập trình của mình là đúng đắn, sự cố gắng không ngừng nghỉ đã được đền đáp.Tại thời điểm mình cập nhật bài viết này, mình đã tốt nghiệp tại CodeGym được hơn 2 năm. Hiện tại mình đang làm về lập trình mobile app. Trong thời gian này, mình đã đi làm ở nhiều môi trường hơn, có nhiều kinh nghiệm hơn. Công việc cũng khó hơn đồng nghĩa với mức thu nhập cũng tăng theo. Nhìn lại chặng đường của mình, các bạn cũng có thể nhận ra điều gì đã giúp mình vượt qua nhiều khó khăn vậy, đó chính là ý thức “Tự Học” và “Không Bỏ Cuộc”. Nhất là với những người chuyển ngành nghề, thời gian và cơ hội cho chúng ta không còn nhiều, phải cố gắng đến cùng, phải coi đây là cơ hội cuối cùng, không còn đường lui nữa. Mệt mỏi có thể nghỉ 1 ngày, chán nản có thể nghỉ 1 tuần, nhưng nhất định không được phép bỏ cuộc
